We're currently looking for a Client Service Delivery Manager to support our growing operations in the Fund Administration department. This is a permanent role based in Luxembourg and comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.
If you were already in this Client Service Delivery Manager role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:
- Review of Net Asset Valuation (NAV) files for a variety of Open Ended fund structures, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with Apex procedures
- Undertaking full responsibility of a client relationship regarding accounting deliverables, supported by the Manager
- Liaising with clients confidently and knowledgeably, proactively solving issues and responding to inquiries from client onboarding through the life of the Fund
- Arranging the production of accounting deliverables for a diverse portfolio of the company's clients (SIF, SICAR, UCITS and RAIF maintained under LUX GAAP) supported by Fund Accountants
- Preparing and/or assisting the operational teams in the preparation of complex calculations in accordance with the fund documentation
To apply for this Client Service Delivery Manager role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Fund Administration in Luxembourg, preferably gained in a PFS, Accounting companies or the Big 4
- Ability to manage and support more junior team
- Knowledge of the legal structures in Luxembourg
- Ability to multi-task, well organised and meet deadlines in a busy work environment
- Excellent numeracy, analytical and organisational skills. Good communication skills both internally and externally are a must
- Working knowledge of Paxus and/or Geneva is considered an advantage
- Fluency in English is a requirement. Any other language skills can be considered an advantage
