YOUR ROLE
The Chief of Staff will work closely with the leadership of the company to support them in all aspects of the business. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to anticipate needs, solid financial & analysis skills and a passion for entrepreneurship.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with the Circu Li-ion leadership on various key strategic projects.
- Monitor progress on key initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments or stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with key initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform executive decision-making.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on business challenges and opportunities.
- Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and investment activities.
- Oversee the Company’s internal operations.
- Perform accounting, annual audits and tax activities.
- Provide hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor progress.
- Be involved and take ownership of financial projects.
- Support in the fundraising process.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, etc.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Lead meetings with clear planning and coordination.
- Bring to completion specific projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to the implementation and sustainability of HR strategy.
- Completed a Master's degree in Finance / Economics, or any comparable subject from a top tier university or in your final year of studies.
- 3+ years experience in a financial, FP&A, Business Analysis or Business Manager role.
- Has collected first practical experience in fast paced environment (startups or consulting).
- Hands on, proactive, self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial vision.
- Enthusiasm for sustainability & B2B.
- Ability to work in a high-performing, demanding environment handling a broad variety of tasks.
- Possess exceptional organizational, analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Confidence and comfort to work in a lean organization and agile environment.
