- Work closely with stakeholders of Risk Management & AML/Compliance for on-going KYC/CDD quality monitoring & improvement programs
- Work closely with BD and customers to complete thorough CDD & KYC/KYB reviews to seamlessly onboard business customers
- Be the first point of contact to business customers for every onboarding related matter and closely work with risk team to resolve any questions or issues from the customers
- Be an internal product advocate, track product processes and contribute to the platform feedback and issues you get back from the customers and lead the product and process optimization
- Manage workload productively within agreed SLAs, adhere to approved policies and maintain best practices
- Verify KYC/KYB documents per the standard policy and process (such as registration certificate, ownership structures, and UBO information etc.)
- Conduct clear and consistent periodic account reviews of existing client’s information for ongoing KYC purposes
- Ensure that KYC/KYB and CDD quality standards and controls are always observed, support a culture of continuous improvement
- Accurately record information in systems and raise any anomalies or errors
- Liaison x-functional teams and provide active customer onboarding updates / reports to regional stakeholders
- Establish and maintain effective relationships within the team and relevant stakeholders
- Communicate with clients via phone, email - where needed - to facilitate a positive customer onboarding experience
- Have a great sense of responsibility and take ownership for your work
- Working knowledge of KYC & CDD especially of the EEA region regarding regulations and processes
- Great communication skills with a strong team spirit, not afraid to step out of your comfort zone
- Demonstrable analytical and critical mindset with strong problem solving skills, excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, organised and highly efficient - able to work independently through periods of high volumes
- Ability to balance commercial drivers and risk management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Fluent English & Chinese, global working experience is preferred.
