Global Private Wealth Business is looking for a Business Process Analyst based in Luxembourg - Cloche d'Or.
Your Role
As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into actionable insights, collaborating with technical teams to ensure optimal implementation. Your ability to facilitate discussions between business leaders and IT teams will be crucial in shaping the future of Global Private Wealth operations. You will:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for improved efficiency of Private Wealth activities
- Act as a point of contact (SPOC) between business functions and technical teams to ensure seamless communication
- Work closely with business stakeholders (Luxembourg, Liechtenstein and Singapore) to identify challenges and opportunities
- Support or conduct the implementation of new processes, products and strategic initiatives according to your seniority
- Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations that drive data-informed decisions
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Business or any related field
- Business fluency in English, professional proficiency in French is an asset
- Experience as analyst in Insurance, Banking or Fund Industry
- Understanding of insurance operations, regulations and evolving market trends would be appreciated
- Hands-on approach and ability to cope with fast-changing environment and evolving business needs
- Strategic mindset focused on optimizing business processes and driving efficiencies
- Strong communication, analytical thinking and stakeholder management
