Pour les besoins de notre partenaire à Bertrange, après votre formation interne, vous intégrez l'équipe de surveillance continue des transactions en équipe en rotations 3x8 (matin, après-midi, nuit) - 24h/24 7j./7.
Vos missions :
- Assurer le monitoring continu des transactions via des outils internes spécialisés
- Détecter et alerter en cas de comportements inhabituels ou d’anomalies système
- Suivre les procédures d’escalade en cas d’incidents critiques
- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques, sécurité et service client
Qualités requises :
- Connaissance des systèmes de paiement ou des outils de monitoring (atout)
- Capacité à travailler en horaires décalés (équipes tournantes 3x8)
- Rigueur, vigilance et sens des responsabilités
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
- Français courant requis – L’anglais technique est un plus

For the needs of our partner in Bertrange, you will join the continuous transaction monitoring team following an internal training period. Work is organized in rotating 3x8 shifts (morning, afternoon, night) – 24/7 coverage.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous monitoring of transactions using specialized internal tools
- Detect and raise alerts in case of unusual behavior or system anomalies
- Follow escalation procedures in the event of critical incidents
- Collaborate with technical, security, and customer support teams
Required skills:
- Knowledge of payment systems or monitoring tools (a strong asset)
- Ability to work rotating shifts (3x8 schedule)
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Solid computer literacy
- Fluent French required – Technical English is a plus
Experience and qualifications:
- Beginners welcome
