Administrative Coordinator – Client Engagement Support
MTM Partners is looking for an Administrative Coordinator - Client Engagement Support candidate to fill in a position for one of its clients.
Your Role:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting client engagement processes and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple assignments.
Working closely with Managers and various teams, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the full administrative lifecycle of client assignments, from initiation to completion.
- Assisting Managers with the preparation of proposals, reviewing engagement documents, drafting letters, and initiating client acceptance procedures.
- Providing support to your colleagues with planning, logistics, and daily organizational tasks (meeting scheduling, tracking timelines, maintaining engagement files, etc.).
- Managing document archiving and ensuring accurate maintenance of client files.
- Acting as the main administrative point of contact within your team, facilitating communication and ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information.
- Handling routine administrative operations including responding to client correspondence, updating client records, and processing payment instructions.
Your Profile:
- You hold a valid working permit for Luxembourg and you are available to start immediatly
- You are fluent in English. Good command of French is a strong advantage, and additional European languages are considered a plus.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in office administration, secretarial studies, or a related field; or you hold prior relevant experience in this domain. Minimum 1 year experience is required.
- You are service-oriented, detail-focused, and enjoy working collaboratively in a team setting.
- You are eager to grow in a hands-on role within a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
- You possess strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing you to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- You demonstrate initiative and autonomy, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload independently.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
