About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.


Your Role:

  • You will formulate and implement key client service program. Oversee client service delivery and monitor service provision to agree standards for key clients.
  • You will liaise internally with key business areas to ensure awareness of all service offerings, and client engagements.
  • You will be monitoring service level, profitability, resourcing and address negative trends or unprofitable relationships across the business line.
  • You will be actively identify new areas of growth and pursue opportunities.
  • You will participate in business development pitches and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
  • You will establish relationships with C-suite and other key contacts to understand their background & track record. Identify and build personal relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
  • You will visit clients on periodic basis to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities.
  • You will assist in the resolution of complex client issues.
  • You will work as escalation and Complaints Management within the team/ department.
  • You will manage, train, and assist assigned team members in the successful running of the team/ department.
  • You will have participation in the review of department procedures and policies and supervision of team to ensure adherence to these procedures.
  • You will have participation in client conference calls. Liaise with clients re reporting requirements and deadlines, ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner.
  • You will establish Risk Management Framework and Quality Control Review. Continuous risk assessment of current and potential new funds under administration.
  • You will identify issues/concerns and recommend company wide solutions for any/all high risk projects.
  • You will manage operational Risk – Monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues.
  • You will manage project work – proactive approach to industry and regulatory changes and the development and promotion within Citco Fund Services.
  • You will be participating in and leading projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business.

About You:

  • You will have bachelor or master level degree or professional designation.
  • You have 10+ years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting environments.
  • You have 5-7 years’ experience managing staff - Proven Manager.
  • You have strong problem solving aptitude.
  • You have strong risk knowledge.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You have leadership, Strong networking skills Drive for Results.
