At Uni Systems, we are continuously growing and we are currently seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You will partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR advice and support. This role refers to Luxembourg, but also covers the Netherlands and may extend to other countries' support from time to time.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Lead full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Advise and support managers and employees on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs and facilitate training initiatives
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
- HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus
