Your mission: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Writer Trainee to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to develop their skills in writing compelling proposals and supporting business development efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced proposal writers and cross-functional teams to craft persuasive, accurate, and timely proposals that help win new business opportunities.
Be a part of our team where you will:
- Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting proposal documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with client requirements;
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and sales teams to gather information necessary for proposal development;
- Support the coordination and organization of proposal components and submission deadlines;
- Conduct basic research on clients, competitors, and market trends to inform proposal content;
- Maintain proposal templates, style guides, and libraries of standard responses;
- Learn and apply best practices in proposal writing, including tone, structure, and persuasive techniques;
- Participate in review meetings and incorporate feedback to improve proposal quality;
- Assist with administrative tasks related to proposal development.

- Have (or are currently pursuing) a Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills;
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment;
- Have a basic understanding of proposal or technical writing (a plus, but not required);
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Are eager to learn and grow professionally in the field of proposal development.
