As Project Manager for digital systems, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure project success, managing work packages effectively, and delivering high-quality software products that meet customer needs. Ideally, you should possess Product Owner skills.
More specifically, your main missions will be to:
· Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, specifically for digital systems, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
· Manage work packages, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
· Assist in defining the product vision and roadmap, communicating the long-term vision and goals to foster strategic alignment.
· Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that the team focused on delivering the most valuable features.
· Foster Stakeholder Engagement to gather requirements on the product.
· Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
· Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
· Contribute to market analysis and business development, and participate in defining product strategy and business objectives.
YOUR PROFILE
Graduate of an engineering school or Master’s degree in science, you have a proven experience in project management and product ownership within the software and
digital systems industry ?
You have :
Strong understanding of agile and hybrid methodologies, as well as work package management.
Demonstrated expertise in managing and orchestrating project activities, ideally in complex technical and multinational environments.
Technical background and strong understanding of modern, cloud-based software products and/or space technologies, enabling productive collaboration with engineering and delivery teams.
In-depth knowledge of project management techniques and tools applied to costing, risk analysis, scheduling, work organization (e.g., Jira), and monitoring technical and financial progress and variances.
Proven ability in setting agreements, drafting contracts, and managing partners and subcontractors.
As a key interface with customers and stakeholders, you have a deep understanding of business drivers and are focused on customer satisfaction and value creation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Delivery and results-oriented, able to work with limited supervision and committed to meeting deadlines.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining composure under business pressure.
