Missions

 IWM offers a wide range of UCITS and AIF investment products in various jurisdictions, including France, Switzerland, Monaco, Luxembourg. IWM offers, through its Management Company CA Indosuez Wealth (Asset Management), an effective solution for the sustainable development of its Luxembourg investment funds for its Wealth Management clients.

Indosuez Wealth Management has over 20 years of experience in alternative investments and has built a strong and recognised Private Markets platform close to 7.5 bn of assets under management.

Through Primary, Secondary and co-investment strategies on Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate and Infrastructure, the alternative platform has more than 180 closed-end and semi liquid compartments.

Your mission :

Analyse financial data on portfolio assets and submit a valuation recommendation to the Valuation Committee;

Analyse unidentified valuation change and coordinate with underlying GPs for explanation;

Calculate the sub-funds management fees and performance fees;

Determine waterfall models;

Coordinate with external appraiser;

Review balance-sheet and net asset values as calculated by the Administrative Agent;

Prepare quarterly factsheets and reporting;

Provide IWM Private Markets business line with financial KPIs and budgets;

To be the point of contact and auditor coordinator as part of annual AIFs audit work;

Contribute to product definition and onboarding of new AIFs;

Take part in operating model enhancements, process definition and documentation and implementation/maintenance of PMS and IT infrastructure

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

Formation / Spécialisation

-        You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Banking/Finance;

Niveau d'expérience minimum

3 - 5 ans

Expérience

-  You have 4 to 6 years' experience in asset management/administration of Private Assets funds (primary, secondary and co-investment), preferably in a Wealth-Asset Management environment;

Compétences recherchées

- You have a very good knowledge of Private Assets valuation principles;

-  Previous experience in a similar position is considered as a key advantage;

-  Good knowledge of Luxembourg Fund environment;

-   You are familiar with performance fees/waterfalls models;

-   Your team spirit, sense of responsibility and multitasking skills will be key in your success.

Fluency in French and English is essential
