Office- & Team-Assistant/ Manager (m/f/d)
(unlimited, part-time or full-time) at our new Riverty location in Luxembourg

As Office- & Site-Assistant/Manager in Luxembourg, you’ll act as a generalist with broad responsibilities – helping to turn a vision into a fully operational and thriving workspace.
What will be your challenge in the role:
- You will manage our new office in Luxembourg in a confident and competent manner
- You provide on-site administrative support to the local senior management – including the organization and preparation of visits and meetings
- Through careful on-site management, you ensure hospitality and smooth support for visitors, employees, and customers
- You act as a liaison between us and the property owners or facility management
- You manage office supplies, consumables, and the necessary equipment for the reception and back office
- You are responsible for general administrative tasks such as processing incoming and outgoing mail and managing and issuing company items
- You coordinate external service providers, including selection, commissioning, and quality control
- You contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal departmental processes, standards, and documentation – ensuring a consistently high level of quality
What you need to succeed in the role:
- You have completed a relevant qualification (e.g., commercial, administrative or office management training) and have gained several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- You have a strong organizational talent as well as a structured and self-reliant approach
- You have a hands-on mentality and want to further expand your good local network
- Your strengths include communication skills, service orientation, conscientiousness and a sense of responsibility
- You are comfortable communicating in English. German and French language skills are an asset, but not a must
