Are you a recent graduate or an early-career professional with a passion for technical building services (MEP), HVAC, electrical engineering or facility management (FM) services? Do you enjoy working in dynamic environments and collaborating with clients and project teams? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Junior Consultant, you will support our experienced team in delivering high-quality consulting services in the Real Estate and the FM sector.

- Providing analysis and support for customer projects in Real Estate and FM
- Assisting with audits of technical designs and FM services, with a focus on technical building systems and electrical engineering
- Supporting the provision of a second opinion on audited technical solutions, focusing on energy-saving measures, alternative installation options, renewable energies and sustainability aspects
- Contributing to the preparation and evaluation of service specifications and contract documents
- Learning to navigate public procurement and contract law requirements
- Participating in service and cost analyses to optimise technical solutions for buildings and operations
- Communicating with project stakeholders and supporting negotiations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Building Services Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
- First work experience in an engineering office, a construction site or in FM is considered a plus
- Familiarity with MS-Office-products and basic understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Strong written communication skills in English and German; French is a plus
- Willingness to travel
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with strong interpersonal skills
