- Assist with accounting entries and reconciliations for multiple entities under supervision.
- Monitoring of our accounts payable/suppliers invoices including the collection of information, posting and reconciliation of accounts
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders/answering suppliers related queries;
- Participating in the monthly closing;
- Assisting Accounting Manager/Financial Controller on ad hoc requests;
- Providing administrative and technical support for special projects as required
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Distinguish yourself by your organizational skills, flexibility and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Commit yourself and share your know-how with the team
- Are eager to learn and to evolve
- Demonstrate MS-Office software literacy
- Speak French and English fluently
