About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are looking for an IT, Professional Services & Workplace Buyer to join our General Procurement team.
By covering this position, you will guarantee Procurement activities applying and implementing purchasing policies and vendor management.
Also, you will support the Region General Procurement Manager in addressing the IT & Professional Services category strategies and ensuring the company operational needs while helping the Workplace, People Services & Mobility Buyer in operative tasks connected to workplace.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the execution of procurement strategies in alignment with global and regional guidelines. You will contribute to harmonizing processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that procurement activities are aligned with budget planning and business needs.
Your mission will also include applying the full source-to-pay process and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and standards.
Moreover, you will be involved in vendor scouting, contract management, and supplier negotiations, while also supporting due diligence and qualification processes. Your responsibilities will include monitoring supplier performance through KPIs, managing service levels, and addressing operational issues.
Contributing to the evaluation of supplier offers and helping identify suitable alternatives based on demand, quality, and contractual frameworks will be as well under your scope.
Thanks to your collaborative approach, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business requirements.
Last but not least, you will also support project tracking and workplace-related procurement tasks, ensuring timely and accurate execution of procurement operations.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your educational background in Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering or other related field with 2-3 years of experience in Procurement.
Enthusiastic, you have an analytical mindset with strong reporting, negotiation, and communication skills.
As a strategic thinker, you demonstrate the ability to work effectively across all levels and functions within the company, as well as with external business partners.
On top of that, you will bring your knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and your fluency in English.
