Your next challenge
As a member of our HR team, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR activities. Here are the key responsibilities:
- Key Contact: Serve as the primary contact for our employees, providing support and managing employees’ queries promptly.
- Time Management: Monitor and manage time data and absences in line with legislation and policies to ensure accuracy.
- System Updates: Perform daily updates to our systems to maintain current and precise information.
- Collaboration and teamwork: Interact easily with employees, HR teams, and finance colleagues.
- Policy & Process Updates: Keep our processes, HR policies, and intranet pages updated to reflect the latest information and practices.
- Process Improvement: Identify and propose improvements to operational processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Projects & HR systems: Participate in various projects and assist in HR system upgrades as needed.
Your skills
- First experience or recent graduate with Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- High level of integrity in handling confidential data
- Client- oriented and solution-focused, proactive attitude
- Assertiveness to confidently address employees’ and business queries
- Analytical Skills: capable of working with large data sets – proficient in Excel
- Well organized with keen attention to detail
- Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure within tight deadlines
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly and adapt effectively to new situations and challenges
- Fluent in both French and English
