Within the Growth team, you will be in charge of the creation, activation, maintenance and quality control of all clients, leads and contact relationships in our systems.
About the role
As Junior Data Analyst, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for our professionals regarding Master Data matters in our CRM;
- Collect information and perform all necessary quality controls prior to input in our systems;
- Perform research (with the support of external and internal tools / databases) to ensure optimal data quality; Gather raw data and create data visualization scenarios, as well as dashboards under the guidance of the project team;
- Perform data extractions, reports / Dashboards and KPIs.
Your skills
To be the right fit for this position, you have to:
- Demonstrate excellent analytic skills and attention to details, as well as research skills, whenever appropriate, and be highly organized;
- Young graduated or have between 1 or 3 years experience;
- Be customer-oriented and fully committed to deliver high quality and timely service to your internal clients; Demonstrate a sound knowledge of MS Office tools;
- Show an analytic mindset and good problem-solving skills;
- Be methodical, autonomous and have a rigorous approach to work, showing dynamism, dedication; Be flexible and team spirit;
- Be able to work in English/French on a daily basis.
