We’re looking for a Customer Retention Specialist who thrives on problem-solving, proactive engagement, and customer relationships. You’ll handle churn requests, identify at-risk accounts, and contribute to re-engagement efforts to improve retention and salon satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage churn requests, engage with at-risk salons, and explore retention opportunities.
Monitor salon usage trends and support re-engagement efforts for inactive accounts.
Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to provide targeted support.
Analyze churn reasons and usage patterns to improve retention strategies.
Maintain accurate CRM records and share insights to enhance internal processes.
Requirements
Fluent in: Dutch and English.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, retention, or account management.
Proven track record in handling objections and negotiating persuasively.
Experience analyzing customer data, usage patterns, and retention trends.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
