About McBride:

The Foetz site in Luxembourg is a strategic center for our research and development activities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate enzyme development and analysis projects.
- Design and optimize experimental protocols for enzyme studies.
- Supervise laboratory tests and ensure the quality and reliability of results.
- Train and mentor technicians and junior researchers in enzymatic techniques.
- Manage enzyme reagent stocks and ensure proper functioning of dedicated equipment.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, production, quality teams, and external partners.
- Contribute to the writing of technical reports, regulatory files, scientific publications, or patents.
- Conduct scientific and technological monitoring in the enzymatic field.
- Participate in scientific conferences or specialized working groups.
- Monitor performance indicators related to enzymatic activities and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Lead the annual action plan on enzymes in line with the laboratory's strategic objectives.
- Manage continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing enzymatic performance and associated processes.
Profile Sought:
- Master’s degree, Engineering degree, or PhD in biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field.
- Significant experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in enzymology or coordination of scientific projects.
- Proficiency in enzymatic analysis techniques (kinetics, spectrophotometry, etc.).
- Proven skills in project management, communication, and teamwork.
- Professional English (written and spoken).
