The consultant must demonstrate knowledge in:
- Solid proven experience in Business Analysis (Finance) and adequate relevant experience in User support and Maintenance;
- Knowledge of any Cash & Securities Reconciliation tool;
- Good knowledge and understanding of SWIFT market standards;
- Knowledge and understanding of Financial products and Back Office activities (Treasury and Capital markets, or Lending market).
The consultant must demonstrate competence in: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
Good communication and drafting skills
Tasks to be performed:
- Collection of the requirements related to Jira tickets and/or projects;
- Conduct key business analysis and collect detailed requirements from all stakeholders and perform analysis;
- Provide support to teams within the organization;
- Manage ticketing system and ensure resolution is kept up to date;
- Maintain the static data of the application in line with Business evolutions;
- Enrich and maintain the business documentation and procedures;
- Coordinate and facilitate communication with IT teams and/or other support teams;
- Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops with the relevant Group stakeholders;
- Make recommendations to simplify and improve existing processes and procedures;
- Prepare the specifications of the new functionalities/processes, including the specifications for satellite applications;
- Prepare the list of data/information required to automate the workflow and analyse how to collect them (i.e. data transfer to Back Office system, or data extracted from other systems, etc.);
- Prepare Test scenarios and schedule the UAT with final users;
- Execute and document the UAT test execution;
- Prepare the User Manual and execute the proper handover of related working papers and deliverables prior to the completion of the assignment.
